Ticket will be closed by your settings. That means , you can set an hour of inactivity. If you set an inactivity hour of 72 then the the ticket will be closed 72 hours later of your agent last replied time. You can set also auto closing text and closing email.
If anyone attempts to activate the product repeatedly with an incorrect license it will block that host(domain) automatically. The host(domain) will no longer be able to use any of your product and you will get those hosts’ list into its panel.
